How does a Coolee™ work?
Imagine it as being the opposite to an igloo. The double-wall vacuum insulation means the iciness gets trapped inside, without freezing your mitts on the outside. It creates its own little eco-system in there, letting in no warmth to foil your plans for an ice-cold drink. Clever, we know.
What size drinks can my Coolee™ drinks cooler fit?
The Coolee™ drinks cooler fits most standard-sized glass bottles – 330ml and 355ml. They also fit standard sized cans — 330ml with the Coolee S P A C E R included free with purchase.
What drinks can I use it for?
Anything that fits that you want to keep cold! Beer, pre-mixers, soft drinks, kombutcha, canned water – if it’s cold and it fits, you’re winning!
How do I clean my Coolee™ drinks cooler?
Keep it simple: hand wash with warm, soapy water. If you can be bothered, give it a wash before its first use, too.

Orders & Shipping
What’s the deal with shipping?
We use CourierPost, tracked, non-signature, and we try and send the same day you order. Generally you’ll get your cooler 1 – 2 days later, a bit longer for rural. Hit us up if that’s not the case.
How long will it take for my Coolee™ to be delivered?
If your order is received before 12pm, it should be dispatched that day for delivery. Any orders received after 12pm should be dispatched the following business day. Unfortunately we don’t do weekend deliveries.
Following dispatch, all orders to the North Island should be delivered overnight, and all orders to the South Island should be delivered within 2 working days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you’ve had issues with your Coolee™ and are looking to return it, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order by following these steps:
Email us at cheers@coolee.co.nz with your order number, and reason for the return — note if your order is damaged please include photos.
We will then be in contact. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return delivery address. All you have to do is arrange the shipping back to us and cover the shipping cost. Once we’ve received it, we’ll either organise a refund or send you a new box.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:
- It must be returned in as ‘new’ condition.
- It must be returned in the original packing box. If this isn’t possible for whatever reason, please let us know in your initial email.
